CONTRACT

Subject as set out below, Blue Chip Bridge is sold subject to the relevant provisions of English consumer law relating to the sale of goods. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

DELIVERY

CDs are normally posted within 3 to 4 working days of receipt of your order. However, if we are about to issue a new version of Blue Chip Bridge, we may delay your order for a few extra days so that you receive the very latest version of the program.

CANCELLATION

We do not offer sale-or-return or refund facilities. However, if you order via this website, you have the statutory right to cancel your contract within seven working days of receipt of the CD, provided that you have not unsealed the CD case. If you return the sealed package to us (at your own cost) in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price. You should obtain proof of posting as we will not accept responsibility for refunds of goods lost or damaged in transit.

When you buy Blue Chip Bridge, we ask you to register your copy with us and to give us your name, address, email address and telephone number. Registration will entitle you to upgrades and support, and it will also enable us to contact you from time to time with news and information about improvements to Blue Chip Bridge or about other products or services that we may supply in the future. If you do not register with us, we will not send you unsolicited emails. In any event, we will not pass on your personal details to third parties without your specific permission. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We hope that you will not have any complaints about Blue Chip Bridge. However, it our policy to try to resolve any complaints in a fair and confidential manner and as speedily as possible. We will acknowledge any complaint within five working days.

You may install Blue Chip Bridge on any computer in your home for the personal use of yourself and your immediate family living with you, or on any other computer in your possession or under your direct control. If you are not installing the program in your home, you may only install it on one stand-alone computer and only for your personal use. In other words, please do not install the program on a computer where it may be used by someone else who, in all conscience, ought to have their own separate copy of the program.

You must not copy the software except to take reasonable archive or back-up copies for your personal use. Please do not lend the Blue Chip Bridge CD to your friends to "try out" or to make pirate copies of the program. Instead, please ask them to download the free demonstration version of Blue Chip Bridge from our website.
You must not decompile, disassemble or otherwise modify the software or documentation.

If you acquire an update of the program, you must destroy any earlier, superseded updates. You should always retain your original CD.

Except as imposed by statute, Blue Chip Bridge Ltd does not make any warranty about the program and does not accept any consequential liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the software.
